B. OHS 115# X8 + 25 unbroken DUs (2 min) X4
C. Run 400 m @ 95% (2 min) X3

Notes: Need more weight and squat stands, had to clean weight to rack position. Felt good on OHS and runs.

Notes: Felt quick and easy. Focused on "jump". This helped to get bar up. Was supposed to do some overhead squats/double unders/run but Lily was fussy so I had to stop.
