12 unbroken 135# hang power snatch
5 muscle ups
run 200 M (ended up being around 250 M)

Results:
3:00/2:50/2:52/2:32

Notes:
Snatches were challenging. Muscle ups felt good and running needs improving.

Notes: Need more weight and squat stands, had to clean weight to rack position. Felt good on OHS and runs.

Results:

Notes: Felt quick and easy. Focused on "jump". This helped to get bar up. Was supposed to do some overhead squats/double unders/run but Lily was fussy so I had to stop.
